Keyboard Shortcuts
Use these shortcuts to work faster in Studio.
On Windows and Linux, save shortcuts use Ctrl. On macOS, they use Cmd.
Global
M: Toggle the left main menu between expanded and collapsed.A: Go to the Actions list. When you are already on the Actions list, this toggles between the list and map views.U: Go to the Runs search list.T: Go to the Trigger Stream.H: Go to Human Tasks. Only available when the Human Tasks feature is enabled for the tenant.F: Go to Data Files. Only available when the Data Files feature is enabled for the tenant.BorS: Toggle the Dooap Shepherd sidebar. Only available when Dooap Shepherd is enabled for the tenant.Esc: Close the Dooap Shepherd sidebar when it is open.
Action Studio
Ctrl/Cmd+S: Save the currently selected editor form.- In practice, this saves the current step, trigger, or filter depending on what is selected.
E: Open the most recent run for the current Action.- From that run detail view, pressing
Ereturns to the editor. Esc: Deselect the currently selected step and return to the broader editor view.P: Publish the latest draft version when publishing is available.R: Reprocess the most recent run from the editor when that action is available.D: Delete the currently selected step when step deletion is available.
Runs
E: Open the selected run's Action in the editor.- If a step is selected in run details, Studio opens that step directly in the editor.
R: Rerun the selected run.X: Rerun the selected run.
Tenant Admin
Variables And Secrets
Ctrl/Cmd+S: Save the current variable or secret form.
Apps
Ctrl/Cmd+S: Save the current app-related form.- In practice, this saves app settings, an input type, or a tool depending on the active tab and edit state.
Skills
Ctrl/Cmd+S: Save the currently selected skill.- The shortcut only fires when the skill has unsaved changes.
Notes
- Most single-key shortcuts do not trigger while you are typing in inputs, textareas, selects, contenteditable fields, or code editors.
- Save shortcuts still work while focused in editable fields because they use
Ctrl/Cmd. - Shortcuts only run when the related action is currently available. For example,
Ponly works when the latest draft can be published.
