Agentic AI is moving into financial operations whether or not the people closest to those processes get a say in how it behaves. We didn’t think that was right — not for the CFO who has to stand behind the numbers, not for the IT leader defending the security posture, not for the procurement lead trying to hit a straight-through processing target, and not for the teams running the process day to day.
Why we exist
So we built Dooap Studio: an environment where finance organizations design, tune, and govern the AI agents operating inside Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance — with the right person owning the right part of that control, instead of one team owning all of it by default.

Dooap Studio isn’t a separate company or a bolted-on feature — it’s built by the same team behind Dooap’s AP automation for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, extending a decade of finance-process expertise into agentic AI.
We watched the same shift the whole office of the CFO is watching: AI moving from a feature inside software to something that takes real, multi-step action inside financial processes. That shift raises a different question depending on where you sit — the CFO wants proof it’s working, procurement wants it to actually remove friction from PO to payment, IT wants to govern it without owning every change, and the teams running the process want to run it without waiting on IT. Dooap Studio was built to answer all four at once, not just one.
